The traditional people of Borneo people

Traditional house of Borneo people called stage house or under house. They built house on the poles that are set up on stilts and have and empty room at the bottom or under. Stage house on large pillars or columns that are interconnected the pillar. The pillars are planted, but many of the pillars standing only, although isn't planted, the pillar is strong and can hold the weight of other houses, the access to go up and down in that house is a stairs that was built in front of the house. Because it built on a pole than on the bottom will be an empty room or under house, because that's why that house is called stage house. The unique of the stage house is  multifunction. The puddle is safe from dangerous animals and floods. The disadvantages is the floor is noisy so if children and elderly people walk must be extra attention. Children is the most important who can crawl and walk will be dangerous if they aren't supervised, they are alone at the stage house, very vulnerable to fall down. For elderly people need supervision when go up and down the stairs because they need more energy to do that. In the stage house they can lived more than 5 peoples.
